个人简介:

李娟,博士,研究员,博士生导师,云南省中青年学术和技术带头人、云南省兴滇英才支持计划青年拔尖人才。

要从事微生物分子生物学研究。以第一或通讯作者在Annual Review of PhytopathologyScience China life SciencesFrontiers in GeneticsFrontiers in MicrobiologyFungal Biology等国际刊物上发表论文20余篇,申请国家发明专利多项,参编由Springer出版的英文专著2部,主持国家自然科学基金面上项目3项,地区项目2项;云南省应用基础研究计划重点项目1项;云南省双一流联合重点项目1项。

研究方向:

长期从事微生物与线虫互作的分子机制研究,以捕食线虫真菌、秀丽隐杆线虫、根结线虫等为研究对象,重点开展以下研究:

1、表观遗传修饰在捕食线虫真菌及线虫中的调控机制

2、微生物与宿主互作的分子机制

3、植物病原线虫的生物防治
