个人简介:

罗静,教授,现就职于云南老员工物交叉技术创新中心,兴滇人才云岭学者,云南省中青年学术技术带头人,英国365公司官网东陆骨干教授,博士生导师(兼任西南联合研究生院博士生导师),云南老员工物交叉技术创新中心PI。曾获德国马普学会博士后奖学金。

致力于水产领域的产学研结合,主要研究方向为多倍化物种基因组多样性,脊椎动物多倍化基因组学,人工杂交多倍化鱼类的繁育与组学特征,鱼类的基因组演化及其生态适应性以及生物信息学及组学、AI for水产等领域的相关软件的研发。

Science, Science Advances, PNAS, Science Bulletin, Mol Ecol, Heredity等杂志发表学术文章50余篇;其中第1或通讯作者32篇,论文被引用2938次,H-指数为28,出版专著2部,授权发明专利1项。Reproduction and Breeding期刊编委;近20个国内外杂志的审稿人。曾获云南省自然科学一等奖。主持NSFC重大项目集成和培育项目、NSFC重大项目课题,NSFC面上项目、NSFC-云南省联合基金重点项目、云南省科技厅-英国365公司官网双一流联合基金重大和重点项目,获批云南省兴滇英才支持计划等。应邀多个国内外学术会议作报告,在鱼类多倍化基因组学研究领域进行了特色鲜明的研究,在其研究领域有相当的国内外影响力。担任云南省水产学会常务理事,云南省遗传学会副秘书长及理事。

研究方向:

1、生物医药质量评价新方法与新技术的开发研究

基于多年在复杂基因组学和生物信息学领域的深耕,结合中心发展方向,开辟新的研究方向,包括利用AI与生物医药结合,聚AI驱动的生物医药质量智能评价技术与平台建设,整合质谱、结构、活性等多源质量数据与深度学习、迁移学习等 AI 模型,解析复杂生物医药产品的质量属性关联。通过 AI 驱动的多源数据融合分析,构建可预测、可解释的质量评价新模式,实现产品质量实时监控与智能决策。

2AI与数据平台驱动的复杂基因组研究与智能化应用

聚焦于将人工智能与多组学大数据技术相结合,推动复杂基因组演化规律的解析与智能化养殖管理系统的建设。利用跨组学数据(单细胞空间组学、基因组学、转录组学、表观组学、代谢组学等)整合与比较基因组分析,揭示多倍化事件对基因功能分化和适应性演化的影响。通过深度学习与大模型技术,研发影像识别与行为监测系统,精准识别水生动物的微小行为变化,为水产养殖的智能化、精准化提供技术支撑,推动种业创新与生态安全管理。

3、杂交物种基因组演化与生态安全研究

围绕云南高原冷水性鱼类与跨境流域土著鱼类资源,系统研究杂交多倍化物种的基因组变化规律的同时,注重生态安全边界;面向全产业链,开展跨物种人工杂交新品种研发与产业化实践。通过多组学与AI辅助选择,解析杂交优势(生长、抗病、饲料转化率、环境耐受等)的遗传基础;在严格的生态风险评估与准入管理下,形成标准化、可复制的良种繁育与养殖模式,建设规模化示范基地,推动云南特色渔业跨越式发展与产业升级。
