个人简介:
崔清华,博士,教授。本实验室主要关注肿瘤的相关分子调控机理,以细胞株及临床病理样品为材料,集中探讨Bcl-2家族在乳腺癌、结直肠癌、肝癌等的作用机制。发现Bcl-2可以调控线粒体功能,通过其副产物ROS参与细胞周期,并决定癌细胞进入凋亡、焦亡及自噬等不同细胞死亡方式。研究成果发表在JBC、Cell Cycle、Autophagy等国际刊物。
